Diet and MS

Diet has never conclusively been proven to have any effect on Multiple Sclerosis however independent tests self administered by MS Patients seem to lesion the effects of MS.
Even though diet has no noticeable effect on MS, a good diet rich in essential oils and low in fat will help prevent many more severe conditions from overtaking your body and prompting your immune system to cause an MS episode.
Eating new foods may sometimes cause an MS attack.  If trying a new food, take a small bite and wait a while before having a second bite.  Food allergies can kick off an immune system response which could lead to an MS event.
Also not eating regularly or a poor diet can lead to exhaustion and poor health which is sure to cause an MS Event as your immune system works hard to defend your exhausted body from airborne viruses.  MS may be unaffected by diet, but it plays a bigger role in your overall health.  Eat healthy and your MS will treat you well if your health is good.
