This is Canadian I am sure, the MS Society of Canada is behind this Canadain Multiple Sclerosis "Question and Answer" domain. In reading the question and it's answer I am assuming that it is in no way connected to British Columbia Provincial or your Canada Pension Plan benefits. Any mention to "Government" in the question refers to the plan's people of power. Taxes are mentioned as they are affected by any review that changes your income (no mater the source) as we all must pay our dues.
