Many MS'ers have problems sleeping. You toss and turn and sleep evades you. You end up writing blog posts at 6:30 AM (Pacific Daylight time) as it is frustrating to lie down and stair at the ceiling all night. During one toss and turn you notice the luminous dial of the clock radio. As you focus on that, it changes like 60 times... Yuck. Why can I not sleep?
