Stress

Stress has its' place in our lives. It is the driving force that allows us to get up off of our hands and knees and take those important first steps in infancy. It is the force that potty trains us in youth. It is also the dangerous force that floods our systems with cortisone and other hormones that harden our arteries and raise our blood pressure. What should we do?
