If you don't smoke, don't start. Smoking does not just affect you. Like MS, any one who knows a smoker is affected by Smoke. Sometimes, second hand smoke kills those affected, MS has been known to be more active in homes where MS non-Smokers cohabit with Smokers.

A new study, presented by "Reuters" (http://www.reuters.com/article/idUSTRE6365I120100407) warns Americans about how tobacco affects MS patients; In Canada, the MS Society has this to say about it (as a recommendation): "Do not start, quit while alive".
