World MS Day home

When Multiple Sclerosis hits a single person, a whole community of support exists. There is the support of Medical services, a Chapter office and a Peer group, each one a micro community within a conglomerate of other communities. This combination of support is standard in Canada and most of us cannot complain about it. Look at the reaction to CCVSI... Wow quick action coming on that. Some blogs I saw predicted less then a decade till common in our part of the planet. Anyway speaking of the planet... Check Facebook and become a fan here http://www.facebook.com/home.php?src=fftb#!/pages/World-Multiple-Sclerosis-MS-Day/71911704184?ref=mf

Canadian MS "patients" need not feel isolated in the world. MS lives in every community across the planet. Support services online reach many "isolated" depressed patients from every corner of the globe. From the war torn fields of Afghanistan to the Royal palace in Britain, from the White House in America to Bangladesh and the Kremlin in the former USSR. CSEC, FBI as well as the CIA and KGB all affected as well. The disease is everywhere and no one is safe from possible diagnoses! Speaking of our Homeland, we have the most MS patients on the globe!

There is an International organization (http://www.worldmsday.org/home?countryCode=ca) that facilitates "National MS Day" on May 26... Wouldn't you like to facilitate something for it in your community? Wait- that just happens to be my job... In Prince George? We do have a meeting next month prior to the day... Wonder if anyone can mention it and remind me @ the meeting. Well, see you in the future!
